Design & Construction Management

Fiore’s Construction Management division is currently part of the team overseeing the RFP and bid process for the design, repair and renovation of the Spaceport Operations Center at Spaceport America. The unique operations facility houses a fire station and an Aviation Command Center in addition to offices and a secure logistics center that supports tenant operations by high profile clients.

Management & Operations

Fiore provided 24/7/365 support to three DOD facilities located on two bases encompassing 3500 acres and employing 21,000 military personnel. Management and operations services included protecting land and waterway access to 21 million gallons of JP-5/military jet fuel and 9 million gallons of diesel fuel, identifying and preventing contamination of waterways and overseeing roadway maintenance issues.

Recent highlights include advance logistics and on-site support for
